As part of our fall theme I made a pumpkin alphabet match sticks activity for letter recognition and review. I printed the patterns on cardstock paper … cut them out and glued them to craft sticks. 
Children match the two pumpkin sticks with the same letter. You can do upper to upper … lower to lower … and upper to lower matches.
As of 2022 this activity can be found in the member’s section which is also where I have added a pumpkin number match.
